English version:
There is a direct relationship between the soul and the body, so if either of them gets tired, the other gets tired as well. Even if we become strong, if we hold on, if we endure, there comes a time when the soul speaks to itself, it murmurs to us, so tranquility prevails within us and we thrive, or screaming fills our souls, making us distant and in pain. Sometimes a word can revive the soul within us, and you see us running here and there, playing, laughing, offering, doing, striving, and sailing far away as if we were the breeze, our souls pass around us and the place is filled with life. There are times when we feel we want to stay with ourselves because our souls are tired, sometimes with a reason and sometimes without. Sometimes our souls need rest from talking, from even politeness, from noise, or even from our loved ones. There is a space we sometimes need to calm down, a space to restore life to our souls, an hour, a day, two days, the soul will not remain exhausted but will renew itself, as if we woke up happy and then slept crying, woke up sad and then felt better. Feelings do not change, but we do. Feelings are constant: I love you or I don’t love you. But tell me you love me and then you consumed my soul, so you no longer love you. You are the reason, I am the reason, but feelings are very delicate and the truest thing you can see is true feelings. The soul is also constant but it renews itself, it gets tired and improves, it rejoices and grieves, all of this is tied to the body and what it encounters, which is natural. The soul must be filled with life, flourish with colors, and spread energy and happiness to those around it. We see people in whose eyes the death of the soul is apparent, but they are in full bodies, activity, vitality, and strength, as if they were a flower at twenty blossoming and shining at eighty. We see people whose souls have died, so their bodies have died and they are in God’s mercy. And we see people whose souls have died but they are in their bodies, but these people must behave in a way that gives you the signal that they are destroyed, tired, bored, endured, and suffered; there are no more words, they are silent. “Go away, we don’t want anyone by our side.” These are very harsh scenes that Hani does not like to see. There are those whose souls fill the place but they are in pain, many, but surely we are human beings who feel sad, happy, filled with vitality then get tired, then return to running, then sit, then talk, then act. Life runs like this with its winds and breezes. Therefore, the soul and the body, side by side, form the essence of the human being. The body expresses the apparent existence to us, while the soul represents the hidden and deep aspects of a person. The body reflects the material and sensory aspects of a person, while the soul reflects the spiritual, emotional, and spiritual aspects. Although they are interconnected, they can differ in nature and life. The body may be affected by aging, disease, and injuries, while the soul remains strong and renewed, capable of endurance and healing. Through balance between the body and the soul, a person can live a complete and balanced life always. This is a great blessing from its Creator. Silence filled with feeling has a stronger judgment than many words. But it is difficult to express everything inside us, and if we try, our attempt is incomplete for what is in our souls, but the attempt from others helps us, so the soul is completed by the soul of two bodies, and we are completed and complete each other. They always say that those who know you do not make you, and that saying means those who know how to delve into your soul will never need to accuse you, under a situation of justification or judgment or accusation or resentment. Those who understand your soul can never let you down with sincere feelings, not false ones. A healthy person always needs moments of solitude with themselves, with their thoughts. These are precious moments that should not be invaded by anyone. A person recovers themselves first, then with those around them. Those around them are only helpers. But the person is the one who decides to retreat and recovers, decides love, decides to stay, decides everything that heals their soul and keeps it safe. So choose the people and places of your soul with complete accuracy and do not make mistakes… and sit from time to time with yourself, your soul needs tranquility in a life full of noise.
Thanks …..
